The Gyros Fiber DisksTM have three exclusive formulations, which utilize cutting-edge abrasive technologies:

LT Formulation - For cutting Low Tensile-Strength materials like  Glass, Plastic, Stone, Ceramic, Wood, Aluminum, Copper, Brass.

HT Formulation - For cutting High Tensile-Strength materials like Hardened and Unhardened Steels, Steel Alloys, Hard Bronze.

ST Formulation - For cutting Super Tensile-Strength materials like Hard Ferrous & Non-Ferrous Metals, Stainless Steel, Titanium,  High Nickel Alloys and High Carbon/High Chrome materials.

Each disk is engineered to be material specific. The abrasive used is perfectly matched to the material being cut. The fiberglass reinforced structure gives our disks unsurpassed strength and flexibility, making them long lasting and resistant to breakage. Designed speciafically for use in all motorized rotating hand tools, our ultra sharp disks optimize the low torque supplied by those tools found in just about every tool box. Our High Speed Steel Cutters are made using the combination of top quality high speed steel burrs to which a durable gold-colored Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating is applied.  Manufactured by a vaporized vacuum process at extreme heat, the gaseous titanium nitride adheres to the cutting surface.  Any material that is presently being cut successfully with uncoated high speed steel burrs can now be cut far more efficiently, protecting and extending the life of the tool.  Ideal for soft metals, plastic and wood. 1/8" Shanks.

Our Carbide Cutters last up to 20 times longer than steel cutters.  Ideal for hardened steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and other hard materials.  1/8" Shanks.

Gyros' high quality Carbon and High Speed Steel Twist Drills are sharp and precision made for use in wood, plastic and metal.  They are accurately numbered and come in wirhandy storage casese gauge sizes #50 to #80.  Available on cards of two, clear vials of 12 and two 20 Piece drill sets in .

Our mandrels are manufactured of high quality materials.  They are used to mount accessories like our Miniature Circular Saw Blades, Fiberglass Reinforced Cut-Off Wheels, etc.,  onto Rotary Hand Tools, like the Gyros PowerPro Rotary Tools and Dremel.  They are all 1/8" shanks.

Our exclusive GyrosGuard, uniquely designed to enhance the safe use of all types of cutting accessories used on High Speed Rotary Tools, is now available in two different kits. Each kit couples the GyrosGuard Safety Shield with a selection of our most popular Saw Blades, Fiber Disks, and appropriate Mandrels. The crystal-clear, heavy-duty, GyrosGuard is lightweight, shatter-resistant and spring loaded.  The two size Guards offer diameter capacities of 0" to 1-1/2" for the small size and 0" to 2-1/2" for the large Guard. Each GyrosGuard fits directly onto most Dremel-type hand held Rotary Tools.  The GyrosGuard kits thus are an essential component for every tool box, assuring the user of highest quality miniature cutting acessories, while providing the best protection available in the market.

They are Hollow Ground, which means that each blade is designed to be thinner toward the inner center of the blade, which allows for the blade to more easily enter into the material being cut and not allowing for any binding to occur.
